Customer service and satisfaction has always been our #1 goal over the past 12 years. That is why we offer complete installation, training and maintenance services with every system we sell.
eBOB Installation – Our professional installation team will work with your point of contact to make sure everything goes better than expected during the installation process. Each store’s installation is done during off hours and is carefully coordinated to minimize the impact at store level. Each system is a stand alone system that does not connect with any other equipment at the check stand, including the POS. The only system requirements are 100-120 VAC standard unconditioned power. Installation usually takes one night per store and training is held the following morning.
eBOB Training – After installation and before the Store-Scan service representative leaves the store, they will hold a short training class, demonstrate how the system works and answer any questions the store management team and/or cashiers may have. Store management will sign off on the installation and training and a copy will be forwarded to your corporate offices for verification and billing purposes. Your Store-Scan service representative will also leave an eBOB system owner manual at each store. Store-scan will work with your company to develop any training materials you may need including videos, pass outs, signage, etc.
eBOB Maintenance – a complete warranty is available with each of our systems. While each system is extremely durable and reliable, certain maintenance is recommended to make sure each system is working properly. Quarterly Maintenance Programs are available for 12, 24 and 36 months that includes an on-site visit to each store once per quarter to assure each lane is working properly and replace any necessary items. The Store-Scan service representative will complete a detailed service log for each store visit providing the store one copy and sending another copy of each store visit to your corporate headquarters for verification and billing.
